How are minutes counted?
By the length of the video you upload, rounded up to the next 6 seconds — a 47-second clip uses 0.8 min. You pay once per video; every format you make from it is free.
What kind of videos work best?
Anything with a clear main subject: dance and music performances, sports, talking heads and podcasts, gameplay with a facecam, product clips. Smart crop follows one main subject at a time.
How long can my videos be?
Up to 60 minutes each (120 on Pro) and up to 4 GB per file. MP4, MOV, WebM and most other common video files work.
What quality are the downloads?
MP4 files with your original sound and no watermark. Vertical videos come out at up to 1080×1920; the exact size depends on the resolution of your source.
How long do you keep my videos?
Uploads and outputs are deleted automatically 7 days after upload, or 30 days after upload if, when you upload, you have a plan in force or have ever bought a minute pack. Download what you need before then.
